Accepted Insurances for Physical Therapy Clients
We're currently in the process of becoming a physical therapy provider for the wide array of health plans offered here in the bay area. After submitting your insurance information, our staff will determine your eligibility for "outpatient physical therapy" services before the first session. Currently we're unable to accept HMO plans.

We do offer competitive rates and packages if we're considered "out-of-network" under your health plan or if you are uninsured. We strongly encourage you to contact your insurer to determine percentage coverage for "outpatient physical therapy," deductible or co-payment amounts and limits on number of visits; especially when considering "out of network" providers.

Co-payments are due at the time of service.

  • An itemized bill can be issued to you after each visit, with codes and information regarding your session so you may direct it to your insurance carrier for reimbursement directly to you. We cannot guarantee any eligibility, extent of coverage or any payment by your insurance.
  • We also accept credit cards.

Specialized Training Rates
  • Rates can vary between $85-120 for 1 hour sessions, depending upon the amount and type of services needed (i.e. manual techniques or modalities.)
  • Cost-effective packages are available if multiple training sessions are purchased in advance.
  • Payment for training is at the time service is provided.

Cancellations & No-Shows
  • As a courtesy, we will try to call you or leave a reminder message the day before your scheduled appointment.
  • We require 24hours notice in the event of cancellation.
  • There is a $50 fee for No-Shows or Cancellations < 24hours notice.
